Over this 90 day plan each morning I listen to Success Tip on Youtube  Evan Michaels…
It has been a way to start the day with a bit of #entrepreneurial bang..

HOW DO YOU LIVE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

I had this question asked to me in one of my three way calls last week.  I am glad they asked me now, instead of 5 years ago because I have been an example of Living Personal Development.

It starts with Deciding to look for something……

You don’t know what that is sometimes, but usually there has been something in your life which has set off a string of emotions.

• it maybe the broke conversations you are having with yourself
• it maybe the feeling rejected, feared or lost emotions
• it maybe the regret of an action, bankruptcy, cheating
• it maybe workplace circumstances. PTSD, Police Ambulance
• it maybe your family/ friends and their situations

There is a number of elements and for me it was a mixture of the lot.  

I knew life had to be better than this and I was prepared to try anything to stop the Insulting Bombardment I was putting myself under.

• I thought it was what they were saying and thinking
• I thought my every move was under inspection

I thought it was everyone else accept me who was the problem.

In the end it was what I was saying to myself, thinking about and who I was hanging around with which was keeping me in the same spot.

So I moved 15 hours North West, onto the Coast, into a city and started something completely amazing, which now has become my passion.

Now I get to share ideas and an amazing program which changes people’s lives.

Does Money Motivated Me?

Does Money Motivated Me!

I was journaling to answer one of the questions in our program, Understand Your Motivation.

As a rule when anyone decides to look at this Business Opportunity I am looking for two main things

1. A motivating/ ambition to want more than they have
2. Be Coach able and trainable
   
   

I always thought that being able to earn $5000 per sale was a pretty good motivation until I was asked to explain what it felt like to earn it myself from of my team

For me

• It was a relief, because I never thought I was smart enough to this sort of business
• then I thought it could be this easy all the time
• then I thought I wonder what $10K and $50K per month would feel like
  
  
  
  

Now I haven’t made $50k yet but $36K was the same feeling as $5K...I wonder what it will feel like….I realised I am motivated by the challenge of feeling, not the money.

When I think back to shearing/crutching it was getting to 100 to 300 sheep

When we were fencing it was 2 kilometres a day to 22 kilometres per day.

If you understand your Motivation your results will come more easily...Find your Passion.
